Shipping policy

International orders are shipped Delivered Duties Unpaid (DDU). This means customers are responsible for all import duties, VAT, and customs fees if required, which are not included at checkout.

If these charges are refused, the order may be returned or destroyed, and we reserve the right to deduct shipping and handling costs from the customer.
