RETURN POLICY:

Each Desoleil piece is created with care and intention, and we hope you love it as much as we do. Please note that we’re unable to accept returns for change of mind or size exchanges.

If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we’re here to help.
Simply email us at contact@desoleil.shop within 14 days of receiving your order, including your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos showing the fault or damage.

Our team will review your request and get back to you as soon as possible.
If approved, we’ll organise a refund and a $10 return label.

We kindly ask that all returned items are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
