International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer:

International orders are shipped Delivered Duties Unpaid (DDU). This means customers are responsible for all import duties, VAT, and customs fees, which are-not included at checkout.
If these charges are refused, the order may be returned or destroyed, and we reserve the right to deduct shipping and handling costs.

Please allow 1-3 business days for orders to be processed and dispatched.

RETURN POLICY:

We have a 14 day exchange policy for those needing a size swap, but this will be dependent on our stock availability, please email contact@desoleil.shop with your order number and request to start the process.

We only approve refunds and returns if your order arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
Email us at contact@desoleil.shop within 14 days of receiving your order, including your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos showing the fault or damage. Our team will review your request and get back to you as soon as possible.

Please note return postage must be paid by the customer, if it is an exchange, we will provide the shipping back to you. We kindly ask that all returned items are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
