RETURN POLICY:
We have a 14 day exchange policy for those needing a size swap, but this will be dependent on our stock availability, please email contact@desoleil.shop with your order number and request to start the process.
If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we’re here to help.
Simply email us at contact@desoleil.shop within 14 days of receiving your order, including your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos showing the fault or damage. Our team will review your request and get back to you as soon as possible. If approved, we’ll organise a refund and return.
Please note return postage must be paid by the customer, if it is an exchange, we will provide the shipping back to you. We kindly ask that all returned items are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
